Missy Moreda, Healthcare Coach

I’m a nurse based in Raleigh, North Carolina, with 28 years of experience in neuroscience and critical care, specializing in adult and geriatric care. Over the past six years, I’ve expanded my practice as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with a focus on diabetes management.
I understand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate complex medical issues—especially when life’s challenges make self-care seem impossible. That’s why I’m here: to walk alongside you, offering guidance and support as we work toward your health goals together.
Let’s talk about the goals that have felt out of reach, uncover what’s been standing in the way, and start removing those barriers. My approach is holistic, recognizing the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. Often, small, intentional changes can create a smoother path toward a healthier, more balanced life.
While I can’t claim to know exactly what you’re feeling, I bring decades of nursing expertise and personal insight from my own health journey. I’ve faced moments of discouragement—times when it felt like my efforts weren’t enough. What made the difference was the support of compassionate, creative, and knowledgeable professionals who helped me find my way.
I’ve also been blessed with a loving family—my husband Leo, our four amazing kids, a wonderful daughter-in-law, plus friends who’ve lifted me up when I needed it most.
Healing and self-management aren’t linear, and they’re rarely easy. But with the right support and a little grace, they are possible. Let’s take this journey together and create the path forward that you deserve.

I believe every individual has the potential to live a healthier, happier life. Too often, I hear people say they were simply told to “eat right and take their medicine” without truly understanding what that means. This lack of clarity can lead to disease progression and feelings of shame, embarrassment, and failure.
At Synapsing Health Solutions, PLLC, I close that gap through personalized healthcare counseling and practical strategies that empower you to take control of your well-being. Your health condition does not define you—you deserve to feel better.
With simple, sustainable changes, achieving balance in mind, body, and spirit is possible. Let’s start moving the pebbles that pave your new path forward.
I bring expertise in motivational interviewing, active listening, problem-solving, and education to help you succeed. Together, we’ll create a plan that works for you.

At Synapsing Health Solutions, PLLC, I provide personalized coaching and expert guidance to help individuals and organizations thrive. My tailored approach keeps you motivated, builds resilience, and drives sustainable wellness outcomes. Ready to transform your health journey? Let’s start creating a plan that works for you.
