Missy Moreda is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse based in Raleigh, North Carolina. With more than 29 years of experience of caring for adult-gerontology patients in neuroscience and critical care, Missy’s work has expanded over the last 6 years to include diabetes management as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. MY Approach & Philosophy
People often share with me that when they first received a diagnosis, their take home message was to “eat right and take their medicine” without truly understanding what that means. This lack of clarity can lead to disease progression and feelings of shame, embarrassment, and failure.
Grounded in both professional and personal experience, I bring a compassionate, thoughtful approach to supporting others in their health and well being. I value walking alongside those she I serve, helping them move forward with clarity, confidence, and offering them individualized care.

At Synapsing Health Solutions, PLLC, I work with you to make healthcare management feel more manageable and less overwhelming. Through the thoughtful dialogue where I listen and ask questions, motivational interviewing, practical problem-solving, and supportive educational resources I offer, I help you build the confidence and skills to support meaningful healthcare management that meets specific needs.
I also partner with healthcare providers who seek additional support for their patients. Referrals are welcomed as collaboration is essential for broader care team to complement existing care plans.
